Terms of Use

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Short version: Anubis Trade is software, not a financial advisor or a broker. You control your keys and your trades. Crypto trading is risky and you can lose everything you trade with. The free tier charges a 1% fee per live trade. Ontario law applies.

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the anubistrack.com website and the Anubis Trade app (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use it.

1. Eligibility

You must be of the age of majority where you live and legally allowed to trade crypto-assets there. You're responsible for making sure your use of the App and of any exchange complies with the laws of your jurisdiction. Some features or venues may be unavailable in some places.

2. Non-custodial software

Anubis Trade is automation software that runs on your device. We never hold your funds, wallet keys, seed phrases or exchange API keys; they are stored encrypted on your device. You alone are responsible for keeping them safe and backed up. If they are lost or stolen, we cannot recover them or reverse transactions.

3. Not financial advice

Nothing in the App, the AI chat, signals, strategies, examples, or on this website is financial, investment, legal or tax advice, or a recommendation to buy or sell anything. We are not a registered dealer, adviser, broker or exchange. Make your own decisions and consider getting independent professional advice.

4. Trading risk

5. Paper mode vs live mode

The App starts in paper mode, which simulates trades with no real money; paper results may differ substantially from real results. Live mode places real trades with your real funds on the venue you connect (for example Jupiter on Solana or Coinbase). You are responsible for every trade placed in live mode, including those placed automatically by strategies you enable.

6. Fees

7. Taxes

You are responsible for reporting and paying any taxes on your trades and keeping your own records. The App's history is provided for convenience and may not be complete or accurate for tax purposes.

8. Third-party services

The App connects to exchanges, DEX aggregators, wallets, blockchains, price feeds and (optionally) AI providers that we don't control. Your use of them is governed by their terms. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, fees or losses they cause.

9. Acceptable use

Don't use the App for illegal activity, market manipulation, money laundering or sanctions evasion; don't try to bypass fees, reverse engineer licensing or fee mechanisms, or interfere with our servers.

10. No guarantee

The App and website are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, uninterrupted operation, or profitability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Anubis Trade will not be liable for any trading losses, lost profits, lost funds or keys, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid to us in the 3 months before the claim, or $100 CAD, whichever is greater. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the App or breach of these Terms or the law.

13. Changes and termination

We may update the App, these Terms, or our fees. We'll post changes here with a new effective date; continuing to use the App means you accept them. You can stop using the App at any time. We may suspend access for breach of these Terms.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. You agree to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ontario, except where your local consumer law gives you the right to bring a claim where you live.
