Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 23, 2026

Short version: Anubis Trade runs on your device. Your wallet keys and exchange API keys are encrypted and stay on your device; we never receive them. We collect as little as possible, we don't sell your data, and you can contact us any time at [email protected].

This policy explains how Anubis Trade ("Anubis Trade", "we", "us") handles personal information when you use our website (anubistrack.com) and the Anubis Trade app for Windows (the "App"). We follow Canada's Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA) and its fair information principles.

1. What stays on your device

2. What we may collect

3. Blockchain and exchange activity

Live trades go directly from your device to the venue you choose (for example Jupiter on Solana, Coinbase, or another exchange). Each per-trade fee (see our Terms) is paid to our Phantom wallet on-chain. Public blockchains are permanent and public: wallet addresses, amounts and transactions, including fee transfers, can be seen by anyone, and we cannot delete them. Exchanges and other third parties handle your data under their own policies.

4. Why we use information

To provide and secure the website and App, deliver updates, answer support requests, process subscriptions, prevent fraud and abuse, and meet legal obligations. We don't sell or rent personal information and we don't use it for advertising.

5. Sharing

We share information only with service providers that help us run Anubis Trade (such as hosting, Cloudflare, our email provider and Stripe), when required by law, or to protect users and our rights. Some providers may store or process data outside Canada (for example in the United States), where it may be subject to local laws, including lawful access by authorities.

6. Retention and security

We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above (server logs are kept for a limited time) or as required by law. We use reasonable safeguards, but no system is perfectly secure. Keeping your device, passwords and backups safe is your responsibility.

7. Your rights

You may ask to access or correct personal information we hold about you, or withdraw consent (which may limit what we can provide). Email [email protected]. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

8. Children

Anubis Trade is not intended for anyone under the age of majority in their province or country, and we don't knowingly collect information from minors.

9. Changes

We may update this policy. We'll post the new version here with a new effective date; material changes will be highlighted on the site or in the App.
